• Corporate Commercial Governance: Comprehensive review and optimization of our corporate founding instruments, shareholders' agreements, board resolutions, and executive governance structures. • Enterprise Client Contracts: Standardizing our Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise AI integrations and autonomous workflows. • Data Privacy & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring stringent statutory alignment with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Cybercrimes Act, and international standards (e.g., GDPR) concerning cloud data processing. • Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: Securing trademark registrations for 'Scinovalities', establishing proprietary algorithmic IP protections, and structuring developer invention assignment agreements.
